Pin lengths may also be specified in each cylinder position to limit the range of numbers used in each position. For Example:

Small: 00005

Would allow a minimum of 0 in any position except the last position. The last position would have to be 5 or greater.

Large: 59999

Would allow maximum of 5 or less in the first position, and 9 or less in the remaining positions.
