License Agreement

This Program may be used on a single machine.

This program may be copied for backup purposes only in support of your use of the program on a single machine.

This program and license may be transferred to another party if the other party agrees to the explicit terms and conditions of this agreement. If this program is transferred, all copies whether printed or machine readable form must be transferred. Any copies not transferred must be destroyed.

You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the program, or any copy, modification or merged portion of the program, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this agreement.

Upon transferring possession of any copy, modified, or merged portion of this program to another party, your license is automatically terminated.

Data Logic reserves the right to make improvements, modifications and changes in the product described in this manual at any time without notice or compensation.

By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
